About the Author

Jordan got his start in the world of coffee while living in Guatemala working for a non-profit. There’s nothing like drinking a cup of coffee while overlooking the farm from where it came. His work took him to Southeast Asia where he was able to work with aspiring roasters and baristas in Cambodia, tour coffee farms in Vietnam, and experience new coffee innovations in Thailand. Now back in the United States, he roasts coffee at a specialty roaster and on most days enjoys his nightly 9pm ritual of a double shot of espresso.
